Los resultados obtenidos a partir de las mismas también serán publicados en esta sección una vez finalizado el estudio.

  Study on organizational enablers for project governance

We would like to invite you to participate in a worldwide study on organizational enablers of project governance. The study aims to identify the organizational characteristics that lead to different governance approaches for projects. Participation will require approximately 15 minutes of your time. In return we offer a summary of the results, if you indicate so through a separate email (more in the questionnaire). Deadline for answering the questionnaire is April 30, 2014.

Participation is voluntarily. Information obtained from you will be held in strict confidence. All data will be anonymized by January 1, 2015. No references will be made to specific individuals or names of organizations in future reports.

 SURVEY ON DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN SELECTED COUNTRIES

Department of Organization and Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb and its Phd candidate Rebeka Danijela Vlahov, MBA, we invite you to participate in a global survey on the practices of project management.

As an innovative approach that can help tackle the global business, effective project management and project excellence can lower the costs of the project as well as organizational costs, increase staff motivation and impact the overall success of the project. One goal of this research is to conduct an international environmental scan to determine the current uptake of project management, discover areas that illuminate successes, as well as barriers that stand in its way, and to identify the best practices currently known in the field. Your response to this survey, in front of the National organization for project management as a competentinterlocutor with excellent insight into the state of project management in your country, is crucial in providing the necessary information that will help explain the position of project management in a given country.

We are asking for 15-20 minutes of your time to complete this survey. Pleasegive your honest opinion to make the data relevant for research. We assure you that your individual responses are confidential and will only be discussed or presented in aggregate form. Should you not be the best person to complete this survey, please forward this letter to relevant people within your organization who may be able to do this.

 Gobernanza en Gestión de Proyectos, Programas y Carteras. (Relationship with PMO)

El grupo de investigación “Proyectos y Calidad (PMQ)” de la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid está llevando un trabajo de investigación sobre aspectos relacionados con la Dirección de Proyectos en temas de percepción de las oficinas de soporte a los proyectos y aspectos de gobernanza relacionada con aquellos. Este trabajo se enmarca en los estudios de doctorado de investigadores relacionados con el mencionado grupo.
Una parte de este trabajo tiene que ver con el análisis de las opiniones cualificadas de personas con experiencia en la materia. Por ello hemos elaborado una encuesta electrónica. La duración estimada varía entre 15 y 30 minutos según las preguntas que sean de aplicación a cada caso.
Este grupo quisiera contar con su colaboración para pedirle que complete la misma, ofreciéndole, además de su reconocimiento explícito, la posibilidad de acceso agregado a los resultados de la misma, así como poder comentar o discutir en un foro de Linkedln aspectos relacionados con la misma.

 Improving and Embedding Project Management Practices in Organisations

The aim of this research is to develop a framework to help organisations to improve and embed project management (PM) practices in an effective way. While the literature on PM provides some advice, organisations need guidance on what PM improvement initiatives should they concentrate their efforts. A related issue is how to facilitate the embedment of these PM improvement initiatives in a sustained manner.

 Análisis sobre el uso de juegos sociales en la formación en el ámbito de la gestión de proyectos internacionales

El objetivo del proyecto europeo "Learn, Play, Manage" es crear un juego social (es decir, un juego en el que exista interacción entre distintos usuarios) destinado a desarrollar competencias utilizadas en el ámbito de la gestión de proyectos internacionales.

En el marco de este proyecto se está realizando un análisis sobre el uso de juegos sociales (como juegos de rol, por ejemplo) en la formación en el ámbito de la gestión de proyectos internacionales y nos gustaría contar con su amable colaboración rellenando el siguiente cuestionario, accesible on-line (requiere sólo 10 minutos).
