Organizada por AEIPRO, esta jornada gratuita está dirigida a los directores y gestores de proyectos y a los responsables de aquellas empresas, instituciones y organizaciones de diversos sectores de actividad que trabajan por proyectos y desean optimizar sus resultados a través de una mejora en la dirección de sus proyectos.

Adrián Benito - Gerente de la PMO e Instalaciones de Thales Ingeniero de Caminos Canales y Puertos por la Universidad Politécnica de Valencia y Executive MBA por la EAE Business School. Está certificado como director de cartera de proyectos complejos IPMA-A (Certified Projects Director IPMA Level A). Evaluador de competencias profesionales del OCDP-Organismo Certificador de la Dirección de Proyectos de AEIPRO-IPMA-España. Siempre vinculado a la gestión de proyectos, lidera la PMO de Thales España desde 2010 compaginando esa labor con la gerencia del departamento de Instalaciones. En continua búsqueda de la mejora de los sistemas de personas en entornos complejos y cambiantes es coach sistémico y de equipos por el IDDI (Universidad Francisco de Vitoria). |

Paul Hodgkins - Project Consultancy Paul Hodgkins is an inspiring leader, coach and consultant. From 2006 until 2013 Paul led a global programme in the UK and North West Europe for Siemens known as “PM@Siemens”. This programme sets out Siemens approach to Project Business for its nine global divisions and in any of the one hundred and ninety countries in which it operates. In 2009 Paul was acknowledged by Project Management Magazine as a “Key Impact” profesional; recognition that placed him in the Company of the Mayor of London and the Permanent Secretary to the Home Office and in the same year became a Fellow of the Association for Project Management. |

Pedro Ricote - Head of Commercial International Project Execution (Siemens Rail Automation) Bachelor of Economics and Master of Business Administration (MBA). Certified Senior Project Manager (IPMA Level B). From 2009 to 2015, Pedro was Head of PMO in Siemens South West Europe, being responsible for leading and coordinating the Project Management program in Spain, France, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Portugal and Greece. Since 2015, as Head of commercial international project execution, he is commercially responsible for international rail signaling and electrification projects in Europe, Middle East, Africa and America. |

Laurent Kummer – European Union Laurent is a project management expert, and is one of the co-author of PM2, the official project management methodology of the European Institutions that has been released to the public in 2016 as OpenPM2. He shares his passion for project management by leading several projects for the European Commission, including EU funded development projects across the world. Laurent represents the Belgian project management community at the International Standard Organisation and participates at the making of the ISO 21500 standard family on project management. Before this, he spent over a decade leading quality and IT infrastructure programmes for General Electric in France, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. During his time in various Industry sectors (Aviation, Energy, Oil & Gas), Laurent got a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and since has been a pioneer and active promoter of lean project management to which he authored his best seller “The Lean Project Manager” in 2017. Married to a lovely project manager, father of two, he lives in Brussels since 2015. |

Jesús Martínez Almela – President of IPMA Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer, Jesus has been active for more than 30 years in the field of Engineering Projects, Programmes and Portfolio Management. Certified Projects Director (IPMA Level A) and IPMA DELTA as well. Developer and owner of five patents of inventions for treatment and valorisation of animal wastes in Spain, Italy and USA. Involved for more than 25 years at international level focussing on the America’s and European markets in the fields of research, engineering, lecturing and consultant activities in Agribusiness Sector, Rural and Local Development and Social-non-for-profit Organisations. Jesus is Vice President of AEIPRO-IPMA Spain, Chairman of its Certification Body and Worldwide President of IPMA - International Project Management Association. |
