Given the current situation in Spain in relation to COVID-19, from the organization of the congress, we want to report that a specific commission has been created for its evaluation and monitoring. Dates remain unchanged.

We will closely follow the evolution of the situation globally and maintain open communication with everyone. We will notify you promptly of any changes.

Travel to Alcoy for CIDIP 2020 - with special bus connection!

The organizers of the Congress are pleased to have arranged special bus connections fee of charge for delegates from Alicante and Valencia.

The congress organization will coordinate bus service from:

• Alicante-Elche airport (journey time approx. 1h)
• Alicante train station  (journey time approx. 1h)
• Valencia-Manises Airport  (journey time approx. 1h 30m)
• Valencia train station (journey time approx. 1h 30m)

On Tuesday 7th, July there will be two buses from Alicante and two from Valencia; the first in the middle of the morning and the second in the early afternoon to reach the opening of the congress.

On Friday 10th, July there will also be two return buses from Alcoy to Alicante and another two from Alcoy to Valencia; the first late in the morning after the scheduled activities and workshops and the second after the AEIPRO assembly and lunch.

The final bus schedule will be defined according to the needs of the attendees who, in their registration, indicate that they have an interest in the special bus service.

The delegate will also have special discounts at RENFE, for train services, IBERIA for air services and car AVIS for car hire (from Alicante Airport, in case anyone wants to enjoy the driving trip). For more information regarding discounts, please contact the congress office after your registration in the congress.

For those traveling by car, we would encourage car sharing. Parking will be available during the day at the venue; but you need to confirm parking availability at the hotel in Alcoy for the night.
